MEMO: India Tariffs

Dear Customer,


Please note US Customs has updated their system to reflect the removal of the 25% India/Russian oil tariff, and this is effective for shipments that arrived on or after Feb 7th, 2026. However, the reduction from 25% IEEPA Reciprocal Tariff to 18% has NOT yet been implemented. The White House has just made an announcement regarding this tariff reduction to 18%, so US Customs will most likely have an update in the next day or 2.
